travis club csh#108

CSH#108 commands sweeping views of the golf course and Lake Travis within the prestigious Travis Club community. This warm and elegant contemporary home is designed to catch daylight and the prevailing breezes from every space through connection to the outdoors and the vista beyond. The warm Carmel leuders, are broken by the dark windows as they pass from exterior material to interior - allowing plentiful natural light from all sides and creates a dignified relationship of materials with the surrounding landscape. Sitting into the hillside allows for the main floor and lower level to both have connection to the patio spaces and pool as it spills over with a gentle waterfall. This is the perfect home for both leisure and entertaining lifestyles.
